On October 24, 2023, Pavilion Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur will once again host RESONEX 2023 for its second year. This exciting event, taking place from Nov 16 to 18 2023, between 10 am and 8 pm daily at the Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre, promises a wide range of engaging business programs and activities.
RESONEX's objective is to establish itself as the foremost trade expo for Retailers and SMEs seeking products and services for their businesses. The expo will feature nearly 150 exhibiting booths, offering a diverse array of categories, including retail automation, point-of-sale systems, tools for optimizing customer service, food supply and equipment, and more.
One of the most noteworthy highlights of RESONEX 2023 is the co-hosting of the Malaysia Open Barista and Latte Art Championship in collaboration with Barista Guild Asia. Ms. Judy Tam, the Co-Founder of RESONEX, emphasized that this partnership represents a significant step towards creating an immersive trade expo. This move aims to bring Retail Solution providers closer to café owners and coffee enthusiasts, particularly from the Gen Z category who are looking for supplies and solutions to start or enhance their retail businesses.

A significant announcement was made during the press conference held at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, where a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was exchanged, marking a strategic collaboration with blockchain pioneers, Masverse. The integration of blockchain technology in the retail sector is aimed at creating a secure and transparent platform for tracking and managing the flow of goods and materials. As a part of this collaboration, the first Retail blockchain gallery wall will be showcased at the expo, supporting the Zero Fake Certificate Campaign.
