I love my role and coworkers, but I’ve come to a point where there I feel there are no longer growth opportunities for myself. Though I’ve learned a lot at my company, I can see that I need more on-hands works to have some experiences on handling digital marketing project for clients to become a more professional digital marketing trainer in future, not just keep focus on giving training ,teach basic theory that can find in book.
