Hello,
I am Lee Wei Lou, a consultant specializing in women's career development and personal growth. To better assist them in their careers, I have deliberately studied diverse skills such as design, marketing, consulting, business analysis, and unlocking potentials. I have embarked on a mission to mentor and inspire 10,000 women to understand themselves, discover their suitable fields, recognize their potentials, and thrive in their chosen paths.
Background and Expertise:
In my previous career, I accumulated practical experience in design, systems, and marketing management, particularly during my tenure at Elite Acres Sdn Bhd. Here, I was involved in planning the systematic operation of hotel operations, leveraging my expertise in UI/UX design and marketing strategy development. To accomplish the task, I took the initiative to find solutions and began learning coding, creating a static website and an internal community system, significantly improving efficiency within the organization.
I realized that design isn't just about making things look beautiful. It involves aligning with the entire business operation, understanding customer needs, creating seamless experiences, enhancing company culture, and branding, and aligning with sales strategies to ensure profitability.
Strengths and Achievements:
As a UI/UX designer, I have honed analytical skills, focusing on creating excellent user experiences and developing effective sales strategies. My expertise lies in using design principles, marketing strategies, and data analysis to devise solutions to address market challenges, which have been successfully implemented in highly competitive environments.
As an online course sales consultant, I adopt a consultative approach, actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored solutions. By discussing personal development and spiritual growth matters with clients, I facilitate meaningful conversations, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction and successful payments for satisfactory solutions.
Additionally, my experience as a business analyst provides me with a solid foundation in problem-solving and project management. Through collaborative efforts and meticulous analysis, I contributed to the successful completion of complex construction projects, ensuring operational continuity, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Weaknesses and Growth:
I acknowledge my weaknesses, such as relying too much on the internet for information or needing data analysis before formulating strategies. However, I view these weaknesses as opportunities for growth. I am committed to continuous learning and self-reflection, dedicating myself to learning from successful individuals and incorporating their insights into my solutions.
