I was promoted to Creative Manager, which I lead and oversee the creative content, production and designs for Flyproject, Mamacina and Penyet Bros (2 sub-company by Flyproject, a gastro bar and a restaurant). I also manage and lead the creative team and making sure that all the creatives that are delivered are based on the company's guidelines. I am responsible for providing feedbacks and approving designs for website, promotions and social media uses, photography, video and other creative processes.

In addition, I am also responsible on research and development of the creative process which includes marketing campaigns, website maintainance and new market opportunity. I work closely with the Head of Operations and Marketing, Head of Programmes and Senior Marketing Manager in planning and executing creative contents and new business ideas.
