• Registered qualified Degree educated Interior designer with strong planning skills and understanding of spaces, facilities and concept for interior design.
• Extensive experience in Residential, Retails, Comercial & Hospitality design.
• To plan, manage and supervise interior fit out projects from beginning to completion. In charge of overall installation works at the project site.
• Liaise internally with different department and assign tasks to relevant teams assist with schedule management. e.g. Developing design, CAD, marketing, admin, budget and quotation.
• As lead for designer team to produce concept design and design development. Approved drawings generated for construction and coordinate client with regards to the variation order.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status liaise with relevant parties (main contractors, subcons, departments etc) to identify and define requirements, scope ,objectives accomplishing targeting deadlines, milestone and coordination defect liability servicing.
• Able to produce projects progress reporting, proposed work method statement, construction schedule, presentation on work progress report and to attend meetings related to all projects.
• Hands-on experience in pre and post contract functions, which include contracts review preparing tender and contracts documents negotiation with subcontracts and contracts administratio
