Stepping into two distinct worlds (corporate and freelancing) simultaneously, I have mastered the art of adapting, creating, and transforming brand images over 13 years of professional experience. I've had the privilege of leading various teams and projects at international hotel chains such as Marriott International, Renaissance Hotels, InterContinental Group of Hotels, and Swiss Garden in my role as an Assistant General Manager for Marketing and Operations.

Consistently juggling roles, I ventured into freelance copywriting in 2004 while still managing my demanding day job, taking the arduous yet rewarding route to becoming Freelancer.com's best freelance content writer in Malaysia in 2017.
