Hello! I'm a Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing) undergraduate student at Universiti Teknologi MARA Pulau Pinang, currently holding a CGPA of 3.50. My expertise lies in engineering fundamentals, specifically in manufacturing processes and product design, fostering decision-making and critical thinking skills.
Beyond my engineering studies, I've gained practical knowledge in software like Autodesk Fusion360, SolidWorks, Abaqus, and QUEST, enhancing my computer literacy across various tools
Now, I'm making a transition into the UI/UX field to broaden my skills and experiences, driven by a core passion in artistry. I have a basic understanding of User Experience fundamentals and am developing proficiency in UI/UX design tools, particularly Figma, as well as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. With keen attention to detail and moderate creative-thinking skills, I'm eager to fully commit to a career in UI/UX. Expanding the knowledge on UX and UI principles aligns with the transition from engineering to the UI/UX field. Progressively gaining experience in user research methodology comprises both UX and UI.
Here are some of my mastered UX skills:
User research methodology, Gantt chart and SWOT analysis, morphological chart. qualitative and quantitative research methods, user persona, empathy maps and competitive analysis.
I am also mastered in the implementation of other UX principles, comprising:
Information architecture, sitemaps, user flows, low and high fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups.
In UI principles, I am already proficient in maintaining the most fundamental, which includes design systems, visual hierarchy, color harmony, and typography. I am also proficient in using the design tool primarily Figma.
Latest Project: I have been working on several UI web design practice during my career break. Currently, I have been working on several mobile app project and also UX case study.
