Key in staff claims for BSP (Bandar Saujana Putra) Region (15th payout).
Issue Surat Pengesahan Pekerja for staff who request for loan purposes (related branch only).
Doing final payment for BSP Region (3rd payout).
Doing Monthly Confirmation Summary for BSP Region.
Key in new staff, register new staff in SOCSO website (EIS), filling new staff, generate payslip to Ekiosk.
Check checking payslip before uploading the payment.
Upload Statutory payment & also be a 2nd approval for uploading payment ((every 3rd & 15th payout).
Follow all ISO and Company’s policies and procedures.
To handle any additional task handed by BIC/BRANCH EXECUTIVE from time to time.
