About Me

As a Mathematics student at UTM, I am passionate about applying my quantitative and analytical skills to solve real-world problems. I am a recipient of the prestigious MyBrainSc Scholarship Award, which recognizes outstanding academic performance and potential in science and technology fields. I have also completed multiple certifications in data visualization with R and Microsoft Power Query, demonstrating my proficiency and interest in data analysis and presentation.

I have gained valuable experience as a Customer Experience (CX) Analyst at Zurich Insurance, where I focused on research and analytics to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. I supported the CX team in conducting surveys, analyzing data, and generating insights and recommendations. I also collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate the findings and implement the solutions. Through this role, I developed my communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, as well as my understanding of the insurance industry.
