1. Managing the engaging visuals for social media to maintain the trust from customers.
2. Providing advertisements in social media platforms, Google Display Network, as well as offline marketing like campaigns on the road. Result of this campaign is ~10% increase in customers enquiry and ~5% increase in property listed.
3. Designing the website, mobile and desktop version. From the data reading, wireframing, to the testing and bug reports. Collaborate with the team to come up with a great user experience.
4. Testing the new developed UX design and analyse the result. Find out why the numbers are low/high and use the data to decide on further steps. Because of this, the number of bounce rate on homepage reduced dramatically from ~67% to ~32%
5. Create large-format graphic, such as billboard to be visible day/night, with/without light. The billboards are responsible for the increase of ~100% in customers enquiries and ~60% of property listed.
6. Managing the customer support phone and answer calls regarding web/app issue as well as the deal issue to find out what makes the conversion rate low. Conversion rate gone up to 0.3% ever since problems spotted
