1. Oversee daily key activities in the new plant construction site which is currently underway.
2. Prepare budget planning for approval , update & monitor CAPEX expenses.
3. Represent the company as single point contact to external, whether with government, consultant or vendors.
4. Responsible of updating engineering drawings as quickly as when amendments are being discussed & decided.
5. Responsible of proposing & summarizing process control & automation to higher management for decision making.
6. Work with Quantity Surveyor to ensure tender drawings are mistake-free for quicker & more accurate estimation of project cost.
7. Piece together every operational entities to achieve high productivity & competitiveness, align to sustainability guidelines & legal compliance. To name a few , these include facilities & infra, utilities, process control, equipment layout, raw material, WIP & FG handling, solid & liquid waste treatment & reporting to the authority.
8. Currently oversee SOLAR PV installation of 4 MWp comprising over 5,000 pcs PV panel.
