Reason of resign

After the management direction of my department has greatly changed in its
creative marketing section (leaning towards Tik Tok, Youtube, and e.t.c.), I have
failed to find growth in my current career path as a graphic designer, which leads
to the decision to leave the company and start my freelancing career.
