Looking for full-time permanent/contract marketing assistant to Property Developer:

Content Creation

  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Undertaking any other duties commensurate with the accountability of the post
    Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • To write articles, notices, advertorials, Translate, Social Posting Caption, Campaign Content, Announcement, Notice, Subtitles (Video), Proofreading and work closely with the graphic team to organize online and offline events.
  • Create creative visuals ideas for social media posting.
  • Design online / offline communication materials such as banner, brochure and other publications. (Adobe Skillset is required.)
  • Video planning (key points, scenes, ideas)
  • Basic shooting if required (complex videos can be outsourced)
  • Generate new ideas for new content, proofread articles before publication, research industry relevant topics.

Content Management

  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement(e.g. comments and shares)
  • Manage various social platforms (i.e. Facebook / IG / YouTube/ Xiaohongshu(小红书)
