• you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the highest quality from the initial concept through to execution and delivery.
• Managing several projects  and identifying challenges and risks within them, along with the mitigation and solution   
• Managing the daily resource schedule for off-site design team alongside the Programme Director 
• Facilitating internal briefings to the off-site design team  
  
• Ensuring projects are delivered within the deadline and within scoped hours of the projects
• Asset QC Compliance facilitator working to agreed specification and master assets provided  by the team
• Managing timesheet compliance and correct allocation of hours to projects within OMG
• Responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects related to a wide spectrum of digital marketing campaigns (such as website builds, eCommerce, digital display, marketing automation / CRM and social media)
• Be a collaborative problem solver and facilitate the development of project tasks and deliverables   
• Provide regular written and verbal communications on project progress to the wider product team and client stakeholders to maintain visibility and alignment   
• Utilise project management systems such as JIRA, Trello, OMG and Workfront to manage the teams current and back log priorities  
• Monitor KPI's to ensure timely delivery of key outcomes  

Requirement:

• Working to deadlines and delivery plans and communicating with team daily to ensure campaign delivery is on track 
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Good eye for detail and quality control experience 
• Experience in the management and successful delivery of Business-to-Business (B2B) projects   
• Confident presenter / public speaker
• at least 5 years experience needed
• work follow working hours 10am-7pm (Mon-Fri), by fully work remotely

Contract Period :

• long term contract, but can trial 1-3 months first
• start time : May 2025 
• No OT needed, off when weekend and public holidays
• 10am-7pm, Mon-Fri, work remotely (also open to night shift if talent prefer night time) 

Contract Fee : 

• RM4500-RM6000 per month (open to nego)
