Graphic Designer

The job requires you to:

Meeting with core business directors and marketing team to set the project scope and brainstorm ideas.
Becoming familiar with the goal of the project and researching as needed to understand the assignment.
Producing mock-ups and storyboards that provide a rough idea about the finished working design.
Utilizing animation software, design tools and audio recording equipment to produce audio recordings and visual imagery.
Seeking feedback from core business directors and marketing team after the initial design is complete
Revising work based on input from core business directors and marketing team in a timely manner
Providing regular progress updates for the Content & Production team
Staying up-to-date on the latest design trends and advancements in media techniques
To handle enquiries and other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirement:
We are looking for someone who is:

Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in content editing and publishing. Fresh Grads are welcomed to apply.
Proficient in Adobe Suite and CapCut (剪映).
Ability to multitask several creative projects
Proficient in speaking Mandarin. English and Malay is a plus.
Willingness to be flexible and readjust priorities as needed.
Able to communicate, accept criticism and feedback.
Positive attitude, focused on details, well organised
Quick thinker, creative, great story teller
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by community events and activities.
