- Independent (such as arranging shooting and coordinating with other departments by deadline) etc.

Quality control
- Video Quality
- Editing Quality
- Updating on trend
- Lead junior team members

Performance
- Attended
- Spread positivity emotional and environment in company and department
- Initiate propose enhancement of quality and quantity
- Good working attitude, and on time
- Initiate on collaboration with department and other department to achieve goal
- Work independent
