Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of media. This role involves collaborating with marketing and product teams to produce high-quality graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:

Develop and design creative materials for print and digital media, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, websites, and more.
Create compelling and on-brand visual content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and company events.
Ensure all designs meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
Brand Consistency:

Maintain and uphold the company's brand identity through consistent design elements across all platforms.
Develop and update brand guidelines as necessary.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the company's visual presence.
Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Research and Trends:

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and incorporate relevant design trends into projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, mandarin speaker is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
