Job Scope:

1. Draft quotations within 1 day.
2. Complete SketchUp & 3D drawings within 3 days.
3. Space planning for residential projects.
4. Prepare mood boards.
5. Assist in budgetary quotations and cost estimations.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
2. Strong numerical skills (advantageous for budgetary quotations).
3. Proficiency in SketchUp, 3D rendering, and AutoCAD (Coohom/Kujiale knowledge preferred).
4. Familiarity with Singapore residential projects and housing types is an advantage.

Future Opportunities:

• The role starts as remote/WFH. (short term, we try the collaboration for 1 weeks first)
• If the candidate proves to be a good fit, there is a potential opportunity to be stationed in Singapore, with an adjustment in salary and job responsibility accordingly.
• When stationed in Singapore, additional Personal Assistant duties will be included, such as:
  • Administrative tasks
  • Submitting relevant documents
  • Site visits
• This is a fixed-pay position, not a sales designer role.
