Requirements

-Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role

-At least 2 years of graphic design experience.

-Portfolio that showcase a wide range of design work.

-Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

-Proficient in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Midjourney, InDesign and Balsamiq)

-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

-A passion for design, a pulse on current trends, and a desire to produce pioneering creative work.

-Experience with AI-driven design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT, or similar) is highly preferred.

Responsibility

-Collaborate with team members on all creative and design needs, including but not limited to print designs (flyers, banners, buntings, etc.), digital design (web design, social media post, etc.), infographic designs, presentation deck, branding

-Ensure all designs are visually aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.

-Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services

-Work with team members to develop concepts, and ensure that the final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

-Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects

-Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met

-Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
