We are a YouTube channel (490k subscribers), looking for a thumbnail designer to help produce great video thumbnails.

Main responsibilities:
- Learn & produce click-able YouTube video thumbnail
- Have a good sense of strategy in designing thumbnails
- Explore, learn, and research the art of thumbnail design
- Experiment with A/B testing

The successful hire will be required to edit 1-2 thumbnails a week. Most important requirement is a quick turnaround because we have a strict upload schedule.

Payment will be per thumbnail. Would be great if you have a portfolio or past work to share with us to review.
