  • Design and produce a variety of instructional content and visual packaging including e-learning, audio, video, and, Instructor Led courses to drive manufacturing assimilation and development.
  • Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
  • Able to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver on expectations within tight deadlines.
  • Make sure appropriate content is shown to a user in the right place and in the best format.
    Work collaboratively across the company and customers (customer relations, sales, etc.) to focus on the needs of the user and to influence audiences.
