Joseph Bong is a wildly unconventional creative director, having worked with renowned advertising agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather (O&M), Grey, M&C Saatchi, Publicis, Y&R (VMLYR), Geometry and Oliver Agency.
He achieved his first award at Kancils and LIA in 2005 when he was at O&M. In 2010, he scored a Silver Lion at Cannes while working at Grey, and a stream of awards from One Show, AdFest, Spikes Asia, Kancils and others quickly followed. In 2022, he brought Oliver Malaysia higher in the ranking at No.4 in Malaysia according to Campaign Brief Asia.
By inspiring his team with wild ideas, he in turn ensures the brands they work on to break away from mediocrity which in turn helps the clients to blaze new grounds and be wildly successful.
