* Weekly stock inventory count for IT equipment
* Be a responsible party for onsite IT support and serve as a single point of contact for internal/external VIPs regarding IT issues, requests, and queries
* Proactively monitor ticket queues, walk-ins, and phone to provide support to Campus
* Provide general IT support; troubleshoot IT-related problems remotely or in-person
* Adhere to established ticket handling procedures
* Escalate unresolved calls to the next level support team following established protocols
* Troubleshoot or escalate issues as appropriate, promptly ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the support cycle and providing end-user assistance where required until the problem has been resolved.
* Maintain the IT knowledge management lifecycle (create, modify, and retire) following the established process
* Develop relationships and engage with the key business stakeholders within your responsible offices
* Respond to emergencies as assigned
* Handle ad-hoc IT projects from time to time.
* Support business meetings, classroom, Audi, including AV needs and conference room AV equipment
* Work closely with your peers across the globe in ensuring the Global Engineering
* Work within the IT Service Management (ITSM) system to ensure all tickets are responded to and updated per process for the benefit of the customer
* Manage and coordinate the availability of all IT equipment and infrastructure while keeping continuous improvement of processes in mind
* Providing dedicated support on essential events, simulations, and meetings.
* Participate in deploying VR Content, fixing error files remotely from VR Console SureMDM, and testing the integrity of the video in the preparation phase, including but not limited to live dedicated event support.
* Provides 1st level of support for Apple environment: MacOS, iPad OS, and iOS.
