Receptionist Duties:
-Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
-Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
-Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
-Assist visitors with basic inquiries and appointments scheduling.

Administrative Duties:
-Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
-Handle and maintain records, databases, and office correspondence.
-Coordinate office supplies inventory and restock as needed.
-Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
-Support HR and management with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Sales Support Duties:
-Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
-Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
-Communicate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
-Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handling of client inquiries and requirements.
-Track and monitor sales performance and generate basic sales reports.
