am a Content Creator specialising in SEO-enhanced written content related to entrepreneurship, green technology, health, travel, research, lifestyle and education.
I have also sub edited legislation, tax journals, newsletters as well as articles from a wide range of topics.
My work has been published in the New Straits Times, The Star, Malaysia Tatler, travel360° and the University of Nottingham Malaysia website (nottingham.edu.my).
I have over 14 years of experience in the publishing industry, including stints with two Malaysian dailies and an in-flight magazine as a sub editor and writer. My other tasks have included managing a three-person editorial team, liaising with clients on content and setting up interviews.
In 2016, I was the Editor and Project Manager for Malaysia Tatler Best Restaurants 2017, a guide highlighting some of the best casual and fine dining restaurants in the country. For this project, I wrote reviews of seven dining establishments in Kuala Lumpur and Langkawi, three feature articles, one advertorial for Macallan whiskey, in addition to overseeing the project from inception to fruition.
In 2017, I was the Editor for a book entitled Enabling Economic Empowerment - The Story of MAJECA/JAMECA. This project saw me working with the team at the Malaysia-Japan Economic Association (MAJECA) in producing this book, which details the trade, investment and business relationships between the two countries in the past four decades. I wrote four chapters of the book and edited and proofread its entire content.
