Initially started as a service crew in The Muffin House S2. However, due to establishment expansion, I was transferred to a new shop under the same management (formerly known as Hashtag Healthy Bowl and Juice, now officially named as Hashtac Coffee & Poke Bowl) during the mid-February. My job scope was, therefore, expanded to shop management.
In addition, I was given an opportunity to involve in business planning, consisting of goal construction, market survey and entrepreneurship core values, such that to present standpoints from being a customer and an entrepreneur. These involves the customer's "needs-and-wants" that accentuates business likelihood to attract investors and stakeholders.
Apart from being in the business planning, my common scope of work was service and preparation. These are inclusive of in-house keeping production of food and beverage under stringent SOPs and hygiene operations, as well as storage management. Below is a list of job description that I performed:
(I) Product innovation involving healthy beverage and healthy "pokébowl", introducing wider selection of mix-n-match recommendation based on customer preferences.
(II) Evaluation of new product shelf life that includes refrigeration and room temperature storage.
(III) Evaluation of customer feedbacks and recommendations and documentation for auditory
(IV) Evaluation and comparison based on monthly sales on product popularity and cost per production.

Assigned as a relief teacher in SMK Chan Wa I, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
Subjects taught included Mathematics, Science (ABM) and English, comprised of "kelas peralihan" and Form 2 pupils.
Position was urgently required, reasons due being pupils were preparing for final exams and the relevant subject teacher was on maternity leave. Thus, immediate placement was imminent.
Initially planned for food industrial intern, however, due to unforseen circumstances, I chose to involve in science education as part of the intern completion during COVID-19 pandemic.
