Worked together with engineering and production departments for improvement projects and continuous maintenance of the plant.
- Involved in technical design stage of Multi-lane Checkweigher project i.e. single checkweigher for 5 production lines.
- Involved in User Acceptance Test for Robotic Case Packer System project
Prepared timely documentation for plant reliability data (focus on unplanned downtime information) based on inputs from technical manager.
Exposed to PLC of brand Allen-Bradley.
Provided support to engineering team during production line breakdown troubleshooting - identifying the root cause (e.g. faulty inverter) and executing corrective action (e.g. new inverter installation with correct parameters).
Honed my communication skills due to interaction with various hierarchy of team ranging from operators, technicians, engineers, technical managers and associate director of manufacturing.
