The story behind my 22-year growth in 6 different professions.

I'm Azmy from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, a seasoned professional with a Mini-MBA in Strategic Management and over 22 years of diverse expertise across multiple industries. My career journey reflects a remarkable track record of achievements and a commitment to excellence.

In customer service, I excelled in building enduring relationships and delivering exceptional experiences. During my tenure at L'Oreal Malaysia (2004), I spearheaded successful collaborations with major clients like Carrefour, Giant, and Tesco, ensuring timely order deliveries despite operational challenges.

Transitioning to IT hardware installation, my meticulous attention to detail and collaborative mindset shone through. As part of a dynamic team, I led the installation of network cables and LAN servers for Malaysian Helicopter Services in (2003), completing projects within tight timelines at Subang and Pengkalan Chepa Airports.

As a sports and fitness coach, I've inspired personal growth and leadership, garnering accolades such as the Most Improved Instructor Award from California Fitness Malaysia (2006) and a Gold Medal from the Asia Fitness Convention (2014).

In F&B and logistics, I've demonstrated a knack for fostering teamwork and driving efficiency. Notably, I played a pivotal role in expediting the ground work of Kajang Hospital cafeteria (2021) and optimizing logistics delivery schedules for enhanced operational performance (2022).

In marketing, I've crafted compelling narratives and spearheaded weekly social media campaigns, leading to prestigious awards for Richiamo Coffee Prima Saujana Kajang (2023).

As a certified Train The Trainer (TTT), training is my passion, enabling me to share knowledge effectively and foster continuous learning.
