This is my first attempt at starting my own business under a home-grown brand known as "Veggie Express". "Veggie Express" is a modern vegetarian cafe aimed to serve more vegetarian customers delicious and healthy vegetarian meals at a more affordable price, as well as promoting healthy eating and environment friendly. As a vegetarian and nature lover, I was intrigued by this idea and decided to join this growing Entrepreneurship. I mainly handle the operation by coordinating the staffs; I have also learnt to handle basic kitchen work in order to teach the SOP to new staffs. Nevertheless, I was happy with the experience I gained and will definitely attempt a second try after I gained more funds and better experience.

I have to collect the Return Purchase Order from the Store outlets every day and match the damaged and returned stocks with the Credit Notes from the suppliers. I have to key in all the records of the damaged and returned stocks into my computer using software like MS Excel and Word and report the all the data to my executive. I also learnt how to access to SAP program to change the price and discount of the stocks. Besides that, I also have to contact the store outlets and suppliers sometimes to assure the stocks and price in both the Return Purchase Order and Credit Notes are accurate. Other than that, I have to keep the documents in proper filing for easy access in the future.
