Creative writing is my passion. I started my career in the publishing/writing industry in 2000. Over the years, I have worked in research, advertising, retail, and publishing industries in various roles as writer and editor.
In 2014, I became a full-time freelance writer and started working with small- and medium-sized businesses. I also began to pursue my passion as a fiction writer. Since then, I have published various short stories in regional literary magazines. I’ve also become a published author of Young Adult fiction. My writing excellence was recognised when I won the Merit Award and Grand Prize for The Calistro Prize for Children's and Young Adult Fiction in 2014 and 2015 respectively.
