• Conducted a thorough Marketing Analysis, specifically in Competitor Analysis, (cost per action) CPA tracking, (Week-on-week) WOW data, (Average Annual Report) AAR data analysis to identify key points for enhancement and ensuring the patterns that happens in the Motorists App for 5 countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand).
• Actively participated in overall weekly performance meeting, meticulously examining digital marketing, marketing communication and contributed to developing effective corrective action plans.
• Provided valuable strategic recommendations to senior management based on the campaigns and also help them to find strategic marketing analysis.
• Assisted in creating and analyzing campaigns monitoring tools which are Facebook ads, Google ads, Outbrain, Stackadapt, and Tiktok.
• Continuously provide assistance to senior executives, and management on finding issue and solution regarding burst budget.
