A seasoned marketer with 13 years of experiences, of which 8 years in Digital Marketing and Hotel Revenue Management, and 5 years in PR & Communications.
For the past 8 years, I have revamped a few websites, built a mobile app (as the project owner) and reimagines using VR for my previous permanent employments. Besides these, I also did performance marketing and revenue management for 2 hotels and luxury branding for a developer.
5 years of PR & Communications gave me solid experiences in developing marketing collateral including copywriting, press releases, organizing events, media buy and dealing with local media.

iHR is the hotel division of iKHASAS Group, a local conglomerate that built and owned 3 homegrown hotels and a MICE centre. My focuses were mainly on online activities implementations, performance campaigns and support on their off-line collateral. Other activities including tactical offer campaigns, customer surveys, communications and eCommerce.
With a marketing goal to reduce the reliance on OTAs, I also churned out and fine-tuned promotions for the brand website and complement them with marketing activities while monitoring the productions from the OTAs for necessary balance.

8 Conlay, the maiden development of KSK Land is a multifaceted project comprises of 2 towers of branded serviced residences - YOO8 serviced by Kempinski, the future first and only Kempinski hotel in Malaysia, and a retail podium. With GDV net worth of MYR5.4 billion, the interiors of the residences are designed by Andrew Martin award regulars Steve Leung & YOO and Kelly Hoppen for YOO.
• Project owner of the 8 Conlay mobile app. Worked closely with the app designer and developer, participated throughout the process from needs finding to UI/UX, UAT test, beta testing and launch. This custom-designed app comes in English, Mandarin and Japanese covering the public and owner interface.
• Participated in the facilities re-imagine through VR presentation for the 2 signature facility floors i.e. Water Lounge and Green Refuge.
• Organized 2 Kempinski Kuala Lumpur themed exhibition – a Photo Essay with Kenny Loh and a Prêt-à-Porter fashion showcase.
• Grand launch of YOO8 Tower B designed by Kelly Hoppen for YOO.
• Managed the website contents.
• Managed the departmental budget and activity calendar including organizing sales events and general marketing collateral.
