I worked with Weddington Bridal as a Graphic Designer cum social media consultant & photographer. I am responsible in conceptualizing, producing and presenting social media design, digital marketing campaigns which include (but not limited to) banners, flyers, brouchers, sales promotions and etc. for digital marketing through social media implementations.
My main key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
• Develop digital media content for the purpose of expanding and showcasing the organisation’s online impression including videos, photos, graphics and social media postings.
• Working with marketing/ digital marketing team, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites
• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.

I was working with Joey Yap Research International as a Multimedia Specialist. I was responsible in conceptualising, producing and presenting multimedia design and solutions for event projections and web-based implementations.
My main key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Manage the production of small video clips and short videos, including concept/theme development, production planning, and execution.

• Liaise with internal teams to anticipate and solve design and development issues, to communicate project status, timelines and resolve problems.
The main key requirements to be successful in this role include (but not limited to):
• Proficient in both Mac & PC operation. Expertise with industry standard graphic tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud (i.e. Premier, Photo Shop, Photo Shop-Light Room, After Effects and Illustrator)
• Solid command of modern video and audio equipment, video editing and digital capture, storage platforms and file formats, graphics/animation and multimedia distribution.
• Ability to incorporate audio, video, graphics, and textual data to create highly advanced presentations and create interactive applications utilizing imagery, maps, text, video, and graphics.

I was working with Center on Children, Families, and the Law, at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as a Multimedia Associate. I am responsible for the planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, documenting, deployment, operation, maintenance, and management of high-level streaming media systems and equipment in an independently, cohesively, and multi-disciplinary
work environment. The job entails two primary roles:
1) Media Producer for Web sites & promotional media – utilizing HighDefinition (HD) professional video/ equipments & DSLR cameras, selecting sites, directing, shooting & recording with P2 tapeless cards, and overseeing post production video editing in HD digital output formats with a team/production crew or independently. Also, performed post-production with audio/ video
compression technology codecs such asMPEG, MPEG2, MPEG4, H.263/264, AAC, M2V, M4V, FLV and etc. I have created, edited and produced various web production files that include but are not limited to podcast, video, webinar, and audio elements for the web, in conjunction with assisting in the technical development and delivery of web-based training for higher education instructional purposes and for the continuation of legal education training through the use of Webinar.

2) WebMaster – deployed contemporary design to create concise websites for specific project needs. Created and assembled web graphics, including logos anda dvertisements. Designed email blasts and e-newsletters for site launches and event announcements. Besides that, I’m also responsible to run database queries through phpMyAdmin using MySQL.
